Sheffield Golf Trophies do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.

We do not hold electronic records of customers for longer than the 30 days no quibble guarantee period. This enables us to quickly find your reference and rectify any problems with your order.

A paper record of all invoices and receipts are kept for 6 years for auditing purposes and statutory guarantees.

Paypal Payments

Using Paypals secure website transactions only supplies us with the details neccessary to carry out your order. We hold no financial information other than the transaction amount and date of transfer.

Credit Card Payments

Our encrypted website payment system is protected by a Comodo authenticated Secure Socket Layer. This is noticeable by the golden padlock icon appearing next to the URL window in the checkout area. Sometimes Firefox Browser does not recognise our certificate. Please use Explorer or Safari browser.

When we have checked to see if we can honour your order, the amount is checked into our terminal and then the card numbers are deleted. We hold no financial information other than the transaction amount and date of transfer.
